tApp Privacy Statement.

 

The tApp development team is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement applies to the data collected by tApp and its client through the use of the service or services that the company provides through its mobile applications.

 

tApp networks.

A "Business Network" is the network of users with the right to download and access the tApp KNOWHOWHOW app to use the same Services through the email domain of the organization or through a specific password assigned by it. . For example, all users who register with an email account of “yourcompany.com” would be part of the tApp Yourcompany Network. Likewise, in case tuempresa.com wishes, they can assign unique passwords to users to have more restricted access. In both cases, the user undertakes not to share access or make improper use of the information that  hosted in the applications

 

In addition, a company may invite users with different email domain names to its tApp Network as “guest users” or as participants of external networks associated with the tApp Network.

 

Companies that have a TApp Business Network can have interference in their administrative control through tApp, as well as see the data and activities of the users of that network (including published data and activity), as well as how to implement security or privacy policies other than those described in this privacy statement.

 

With respect to the tApp Enterprise Networks, references to “you” or “your” in this privacy statement refer to the organization that is our customer. Individual users of the tApp Enterprise Networks should direct their privacy-related inquiries to the organization that provides them access to the Services.

 

Client data

Customer Data is all data, including any text, sound, software or image files that you provide to us or that is provided to us on your behalf through the use of the Services.

 

We do not make any ownership claims with respect to Customer Data. Except as stated in this privacy statement, we only use Customer Data to provide and improve the services with your prior approval. We do not share Customer or User Data with advertisers or anyone else, except in the very limited circumstances described in the Sharing of Your Data section below.

 

Contact information

Contact Data includes name, company phone number, profile information, email address and job title. Similarly, it may include other contact information that may be collected through the administration of the Services and the client's use of the Services. The Contact Data you provide as part of your tApp network profile is available to other users of your TApp Networks.

 

tApp uses Contact Data to complete the transactions you request, administer your account, and improve the Services. As well as to provide you with information about new subscriptions, important updates to the Services, such as security or other technical problems.

 

Usage Data

We may use statistical, analytics, trending and usage data derived from your use of the Services (“usage data”). Usage data includes, for example, aggregated quantitative information about active users, activity, topics, and groups. Some of the ways we use usage data are to provide, improve, and personalize the Services. As well as for the analysis of the development of new products to meet the needs of the client. We do not disclose usage data in an identifiable form to the organization or users of the TApp Network.

 

Support Data

Support Data is the information we collect when you submit a support request, such as information about hardware, software, and other details related to the support incident, for example: contact or authentication information, chat session personalization, information about the condition of the computer and application at the time of the error and during diagnosis, system and log data about software installations and hardware configurations, and error trace files.

 

Support can be provided by email or through the Internal Communication or Human Resources departments, based on pre-established agreements between tApp and the client.

 

To review and edit the personal information we collect through our support services, as well as for other inquiries related to our support services, the user can consult the Internal Communications or Human Resources department of our client.

 

Cookies and Other Information

The Service uses "cookies," which are small text files placed by a web server on a device's hard drive.

 

We may use cookies and similar technologies to store user preferences and settings, to authenticate users, to collect usage data, and to provide the Service.

 

Some of the cookies we frequently use are listed in the chart below. This list is not exhaustive, but is intended to illustrate some of the reasons why we use cookies.

Information Sharing

We will not disclose Customer Data or Contact Data (“your data”) outside of tApp, except as requested by the customer; as described in their agreements or in this privacy statement.

 

We do not share your data with advertisers.

Occasionally, we contract with other companies to provide services (such as customer support, data management, and technical infrastructure services) on our behalf. We may provide these companies with access to your data where necessary for their interaction. These companies are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose apart from the purpose for which tApp has contracted them.

 

We will not disclose your data to third parties (including judicial authorities, another government entity or civil litigant, with the exception of our subcontractors) unless requested or required by law. In the event that a third party contacts tApp with a request to obtain your information, we will attempt to redirect the third party to request the information directly from the customer. As part of this process, we may provide your basic contact details to the third party. If we are legally required to disclose your information to a third party, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of the disclosure, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

tApp may share Contact Data with third parties for fraud prevention purposes or to process payment transactions, as described later in this statement.

 

The Services may allow you to purchase, use, or subscribe to services, software, and content from companies outside of tApp (“Third Party Offerings”). If you choose to purchase, use or subscribe to a Third Party Offering, we may provide the third party with your Contact Data so that they can provide you with offers (and, with your consent, send you promotional communications). Data and use of a Third Party Offering will be governed by the third party's applicable privacy statements and policies.

 

We will not materially respond to user privacy and data protection requests without prior written consent, unless required by applicable law.

 

The Services may include links to or allow the user to install products and services of tApp or third parties whose privacy practices differ from those of the Services. Your use of these products or services, and any information you provide to a third party, is governed by their privacy statements. We recommend the client and the user to review the corresponding privacy statement.

 

Access, Correction and Deletion of your Data

The client and the user can consult, correct or delete Client Data or Contact Data that you have provided us through the tools included in the Services (for example, by editing your profile data in the Service) or by contacting in contact with the tApp.

 

The changes made by the user or client in their data in the Service are immediately applied to the TApp Business Network. However, the data will be kept in a secure location for a limited period of time, as part of our standard data backup procedure.

 

Security

tApp undertakes to implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures, internal controls and information security routines to protect information against accidental loss, destruction or alteration; unauthorized disclosure or access; or illegal destruction.

 

Data Location

The data of the Services will be located and supported in Mexico, within the tApp servers. In case the client wishes, a backup will be made on their servers.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

We will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect customer feedback, changes to our Services, and updates on applicable data privacy laws and regulations. If we post changes to this statement, we will revise the “last updated” date at the beginning of the statement. If significant changes are made to this statement or to tApp's use of your data, we will notify you by posting a notice of such changes before they become effective or by direct notification. tApp encourages users and customers to periodically review this privacy statement.
